Stephen Colbert is from the Charleston area in South Carolina, which is where I live. In Downtown Charleston, is a small theatre called Theatre 99. They have an improv comedy troupe called the Have-Nots. One of the ways they raise money is by selling seats. You pay and they put a plaque on the seat of your choice with your name on it.
Last night, I saw that Stephen and his wife have bought a seat at Theatre 99. :)
